Unauthorised change to contract

My MTN package was changed without my authorisation. I reported it immediately and got ref # ***. I received notification that my query has been resolved. But today my balances were taken away and I am on the package I haven't authorised. Can someone assist to sort this out? I now need to buy airtime to be able to work because of MTN.
