Unauthorised account with MTN

A Company did a credit check on me and I was informed I owe MTN R32000.00 Am not an MTN Client and never have been. This was the first I heard of this.

Phoned MTN 3 days ago - Monday 14th May - received a ticket number and was informed I would be contacted.

Today, 3 days later - have had no feedback. Followed up with a phone call this morning and have been told to phone back again to see if this has been attended to.

You would think somewhere along the line MTN would have made contact with me to enquire about this enormous bill? Do they not have an accounts department?

The Consultants I spoke to on the 2 occasions were both combative.
