UNAUTHORISED 36-MONTH CONTRACT

An unauthorised upgrade was done on one of my contracts, they have been promising to reverse the upgrade since 30/03/2026, last night I received a notice that the logged query was cancelled and that another query will be logged ... I would like to know where is the owners, board members & shareholders of MTN group ... are they aware how customer queries are currently being handled by their so called customer champions and the impact this has on their reputation? Is this the standard of customer service that MTN aims to uphold?
