Unathourised Debit Order from MTN ****
I have received unauthorised debit orders from MTN, I called them I was told I took an contract with MTN on November which is registered under my names. How can they approve contract without speaking to me or signing any document. Now I have to do affidavit to say I do not have contract with MTN, why you did ask those details as part of verification before approving it. I am switching to another network this is disgusting

07 Feb 2019, 08:45The Cell phone number provided is my number which i am using , MTN Call center they told me its not allowed to give the new Cellphone of this New Contract which was open *******, but I have unauthorized debit order reference as "MTN SP A ********** , ". I have subimitted the affidevit and Copy of ID but I haven't receive feedback.
