unapproved extra charges
very angry but most of all saddened by the way mtn does business. i dont know what do do anymore. they keep debiting more than they should om my account. i have a contract with them on which i pay R690 a month. last month they debited R1190 from my account. i complained about it. they couldnt give me an explanation.they said they would credit my account with the difference of +/_ 400 and i would pay about R200 this month. i was shocked to see the billing statement today saying the balance is R1097 for this month, which still even more than the R690 i should be paying. i feel as though im being taken for a ride. i dont know why they keep doing this. im beyond disappointed in MTN. it cant be right that they take peoples money like this without consent. i want my money back.....all of it. and i am not paying another 1100 which i dont know what its for. rather cancel your stupid contract because it doesnt seem you regard honesty and intergrity as part of customer service. really appaulled by your tactics

30 Dec 2018, 21:39an amount of R628 has been debited for this month. i am still waiting for my refund for the month of november bcause i was overcharged. i paid about R1190 . you were supposed to debit 689 as per contract. please pay back the difference immediately
