Unanswered Phones

<p>I was told to call ********** to cancel once early cancellation fee was made now i try to call and their damn phones just play this awful tune but nobody picks up!!! i cant understand why the service is so bad!! MTN has made it so hard to cancel a contract i would think twice the next time i wana take contract with them.</p> <p>and the contract is a stupid R89 data sim gosh. what does a person have to do to get good service nowdays??</p> <p>it costs alot to hang on and then you get frustrated and just hang up!!! emails dont help either!!!</p>
