UNALLOCATED PAYMENT

my line was suspended by MTN because of an unallocated payment. I made arrangements to pay the amount of R3112.82 on the 19th of October but I saw that my account was not being debited by MTN so I went ahead and made the payment via the MTN app(Pay bill) on the 23rd of October 2023. But now I’m the one at fault because they are struggling to find my payment. It has been 3 days now and my line is still being suspended. I’m unable to work!
