Your service is the worst, took a month to month router deal on End of September, the agent on the line sent me a payment link via email to pay pro rata, I paid that using the link, I didn't pay directly on my banking app, till this day the payment has not reflected hence you have disconnected my router, I have paid for November however due to your *********** the payment is not reflecting but surprisingly you guys did deliver the router, how can activation be done if there is no payment as this is pre paid, now I am told that the bank statement is not sufficient because I don't have a proof of payment that you guys want.
