UNADVERTISED - ********* MTN & PARTNERS

I had a contract with MTN for around R700 p/month. It expired months ago and i was on a month to month. i tried to upgrade and was told that i upgraded through a company called Rewards Co on the 23rd October to a R199 contract. This never happened. I tried calling MTN and no one can help me. They say i must go to upgrade and cancellation department. When i chose that extension it says "You are not eligible for an upgrade" Because there is this new upgrade done. it takes me back to the call center who cannot help me. there is just no way for me to speak to anyone that can cancel this so i can do a proper upgrade. I use my number for business so i cannot afford to lose it. the new airtime provided lasted 4 days only. I bought R100 airtime which lasted a day. I do not know where to report this **********, ********* company. I am not able to speak to someone at this Rewards Co. Please can someone help with contact details? MTN Call center is useless.
