Unacceptable wait

It's been a month going for the second month since my iPhone six has been in the hands of MTN insurance. I paid my access fee and everything all I'm waiting is for my phone to be dispatched back to me but nothing is happening. In the meanwhile I'm getting SMS's from mtn stating that my data already expired so here I am paying for a contract phone monthly which is not even in my possession . This delay is pathetic
