Unacceptable service from MTN - Query still not sorted out!!!!!!!!

I upgraded on 1st June 2016 with MTN (Fourways branch), I had fantastic service from Tabi (who is no longer there). I received 30GB of free data with the upgrade. The data was due to expire at midnight on the 1st July. On the 30th June I checked how much data was remaining and I had over 3GB left. Of that 3GB remaining, 2GB is part of my monthly package (that was renewed on 21st June 2016). On the 1st July when I checked the balance it said 0MB Data. I phoned the Fourways MTN branch and spoke to someone there who said they would call me back. I called again on Sat and on Sunday and they made the same promises but no-one came back to me. Eventually due to the absolutely shocking service of Fourways MTN not getting back to me, I called MTN customer care (Monday 4th July) and spoke to Madidimalo Ndou. I explained everthing to her and was on the call for over 30 mins. She eventually said she understood what I was saying (she kept thinking I was complaining about loosing the 30GB of data but my complaint was that the 2GB was also taken when it had just credited to the number 10 days prior). She gave me the following reference number SMC/ ********** 1686 and said it would take 7 days to sort it out. I called again this morning (Monday 11th July) and spoke to Matilda Dlamini, again I was on the call for over 20 minutes while she found out what was happening. She told me that the query was logged against my other number and that my 30GB of data expired in May. That is not the number I was quering so clearly MTN has no clue what is going on and is wasting my time and my money.

I have 2 contracts with MTN, one phone is mine and the other is my husbands. Both numbers are in my name.

I upgraded my personal number in mid April, my 30GB of free data expired in mid May yet my 2GB which was part of my package remained after the 30GB expired.

My husband then upgraded on the 1st June and his 30GB expired on the 1st July, however the 2GB which had just been credited to the number on the 21st June (as part of his package) was removed with the expired 30GB, this is what I am quering and want back on the phone.

We have spent R170 in buying data for this phone for while waiting for MTN to solve this query, yet it seems that MTN has been sitting on their butts doing absolutely nothing to fix this as Madidimalo did not listen to me correctly and logged the query against the wrong number. This has wasted the 7 days that I was told it would take and now Matilda tells me she has to log the query all over again against the right number. Is this the kind of service MTN gives, do you not train your staff to listen correctly when a query is being logged? Can MTN please get someone to sort this out today, I am not waiting any longer for this to be fixed.

The number in question is ********** . You can call me on my number should you have any questions, however I think I have given all the information required for this query to be dealt with!!!
