Unacceptable service from MTN legal

My account was handed over and after negotiating for a settlement amount, I have paid the agreed amount. It has been almost a week and I cannot get a reply from MTN to remove the status from my credit profile as they have decided not to respond to my emails. Totally unacceptable as they were quick to give a settlement figure bit are slow to come to the party after receiving their money. My ticket number is ***.
