Unacceptable service from mtn

Mtn debited my account on december 31st after i had already cancelled my account in october. I phoned mtn and spoke to someone in the cancelation department and they assured me that they will refund the money. It is now the 10th of February and i am still to be credited. This is really pathetic service and it feels like they are *****ing from me.
