UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! @MTNza, are you kidding me?

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! @MTNza, are you kidding me?! I bought an iPhone 16 from MTN BT Ngebs Mall on contract, and within 30 DAYS, it switched off! I took it in for service on Dec 20, 2024, and it's STILL NOT FIXED!

Despite multiple follow-ups and escalating to the regional manager, NOTHING has been done! Now, I'm being asked to switch off my iCloud... FROM WHICH PHONE?! I'm still paying for a phone that's been in your service center for OVER A MONTH!

@MTNza, this is ridiculous! Your service is appalling, and I demand answers! Fix my phone, or cancel my contract and refund me! #MTNFail #PoorService #Unacceptable
