Unacceptable Service and Ongoing Billing for Cancelled Contract

MTN has been deducting R245.75 monthly for a data contract I cancelled in Aug 2024 due to no network coverage at my home. I returned the sealed device with Order No. *** within 7 days as advised, yet after 11 months and multiple follow-ups, the deductions continue. This is financial exploitation. I demand a full refund, immediate cancellation, and written confirmation of account closure.
