Unacceptable service!

The service that MTN renders to their customers is completely unacceptable and subpar. I have been trying to reach the contracts department for weeks now. There is always 'high volumes of calls'. I cannot seem to get a simple paid up letter for an account that was settled a year ago. Never signing up for anything with MTN.
