Unacceptable Service
<p>Hi. where do i start. i went to the MTN store at the Glen looking to renew my contract as well as my wifes. we are dealing with Olivia. i wanted the MATE 9 which is in their brochure. was told coming soon,by the 20th Feb 17. my wifw wanted a blackberry Priv. no stock. also told by the 20th Feb. its now the 9th March. i can understand about the Huawei Mate 9 as it was about to being launched but not the Blackberry Priv. i called MTN in alberton and they guy said he could get the phone from another branch. why cant Olivia do that? in the meantime, my contract expired and now im paying more for it. i am not impressed. on the 08.03.2017 i heard a MTN ad on the Radio saying that the Mate 9 is in stores. 1st 1000 customers will get the promo deal. power pack etc. i called MTN the glen only to find out that they dont have stock. how can you advertise something u have no stock of? i am getting quite ****3d off now. i want this resolved or im taking this further. thanks</p> <p>Hugo</p>

thanks for getting back to me. 2 years ago when i app**** for a contract, i had the exact same issues from the Glen. i hope the responsible people are dealt with. this doesnt make MTN look good

my Mate 9 problem has been sorted, but not my wifes issue. when i approached Justin from the glen MTN store, he said that its while stocks last. there was not 1 phone available at beggining of feb for the 50gb promo. olivia had said to me that stock will be coming 20 feb. i said to her that we want the 50gb 10000 min promo and then we can collect the phone once it comes in. she said not possible.
so no stock available of blackberry priv? yet i see in this months deals magazine again the blackberry priv is offered. this is bull****
i want the contract that i was promised.
