Unacceptable service

My contract was taken over by mtn from Autopage approximately 1 year ago .now my phone is in need of repair under guarantee but mtn do not have the purchase info to book the phone in.

MTN retentions department has promised telephonically that they will request the purchase documents from autopage and forward it to me the next day. It's now been more than a week but nothing has been received as yet. I have however received a call form the MTN store this morning regarding the repair center not accepting the documents that has been requested and received by MTN (I have no copies as stated) The consultant at the MTN store is trying his utmost to remedy the situation but it seems like everywhere he goes someone shuts a door in his face. The promise above of improved service delivery is still to be experienced. I have even offered to loose out on the device if an early upgrade can be approved. But the two months that puts me out of the early upgrade criteria seems to be worth more than the phone (worht more than R10K) I am prepared to loose just so that my comunication can run smoothly. The repair from MTN was supposed to take approximatley 4 weeks, now two weeks later the repair is not even booked yet. This is a business line and it impares my business not being able to have the same functuality on the second hand phone that I have to make do with now. I am very dissapointed that I left Vodacom for this bad experience with MTN.
