Unacceptable service

I have taken out a contract with MTN nearly 3 months ago. The contract was on a Huawei Pura 70 that was advertised to come with the watch and earbuds. Until today I have not received it and when you call the branch where the contract was done they just say they are not at fault they don't get the stock from Huawei. Should have stayed with the previous provider and Samsung. at least they have customer service
