Unacceptable MTN data contract terms

RENEW your LTE data contract with MTN before it expires, because I was charged month to month rates, which is 5 times what I normally pay.

I will CANCEL my MTN contract and move to Vodacom because this is unacceptable service, I have paid for 14 months worth of premiums in 3 months, because I did not renew my contract in time. I do not recall this ever happening with my Vodacom phone contract, that I have been using for 25 years. Usually the terms of the old plan will be carried forward until I have made a contract upgrade.
