UNACCEPTABLE!! MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE

UNACCEPTABLE!! The service that I received from MTN was absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I have a serious issue with my network I cannot make any calls, however i can receive them. I also cannot access the internet, however i have 2GIG data available. I was in MTN branch in Bryanston and waited there for more then 4 hours. They even could not solve the problem. This is the WORST service that i received in my entire life!!! I send out various mails with regards to the issue, where they keep on asking me what the ERROR message is. THIS ISSUE IS NOT FIXED YET.
