Unacceptable MTN

Nearly impossible to get help from MTN for anything. 135 takes forever wastes airtime and disconnects before anything can be resolved. Twitter says to phone 135. Summertime mobile was most useful but could inly direct me to 135 again. For me a contract that ended in August was upgraded and then without informing me the contract was cancelled, the old contract reinstated as a month to month at a higher rate and no one can fix this. I must just pay for a service that is now diaconnected.
