Unacceptable Harassment

They don't even deserve the 1 star, but I had to enter something for me to write my story. In 2019/2020 Siya recoveries was collecting money on their behalf, of which I was offered a settlement amount with a date, which I settled in December 2020. All my payments were paid directly via eft to MTN with my reference number. In May I received a call from Nimble don't saying they collecting on behalf of MTN. I explained to the agent and she said once I send proof of settlement and POP then they can confirm. All documentation was forwarded to them and now I am being harassed with payment offers. They did not even acknowledge my emails, where I explain and told them I do not owe any money. The last agent I spoke to, I told her not to call me again as they need to sent me my settlement letter. Now it is just emails and SMS. How can this be. Get your house in order? I am tired and will not be kind to the next person that call me for the same thing.
