Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication – Order ***

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my order ***.

I received a notification stating that my order had been "Picked and Packed", and that I would be informed when it was ready for delivery. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing. No delivery date, no tracking information, and no update whatsoever.

This level of service is unacceptable. If an order has been picked and packed, customers should not be left wondering for days about what is happening. The lack of communication creates unnecessary frustration and raises concerns about the status of the order.

I would like an immediate update on where my order is, why there has been no communication since the "Picked and Packed" notification, and exactly when I can expect delivery.

I have been patient, but I am now very disappointed with the service and expect this matter to be addressed urgently.
