UNACCEPTABLE

Went to purchase a sim card and was asked for proof of res. Which is unacceptable as the NCR regulation was revised last year. Consumers are no longer required to produce proof of res. I need the sim..I have exams to prepare for.. How can UNISA partner with a company like this..
