• Unacceptable Customer Service and Refund Delays

Extremely disappointing experience. This company is giving me the runaround for weeks over a refund that is owed to me. I am repeatedly told different things, asked to “wait a little longer,” and bounced between representatives with no real resolution and having a new ticket logged every time I make a follow up.

There is a complete lack of accountability and transparency, and it feels like they are intentionally delaying instead of addressing the problem. A refund should not require this much effort or persistence. The money owed to me reflects in my MTN account and all they have to do is transfer it to my bank account, so now it’s just sitting in that account. I still have not gotten my refund despite the money reflecting in their account.

I would not recommend this company based on how poorly they handle refunds and customer concerns. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
