Unacceptable customer service

I am so disappointed!!!! With engagement with an Agent at MTN !!!!!!!! What are you guys running there !! It’s like she’s not trained on her work spoke to an Agent Pindile , gave me a number to call 155 after 30 min , the number doesn’t even work I had to call back again spoke to a very helpful agent - Tebogo however had to transfer me to the data department I holded on not for the line to drop after 15 min 😡😡😡😡 what a waste of time trying to get help as an MTN client . I just need help to find out why all of a sudden my data is depleting if I recharge !!!! .

And I would like reimbur*****t of the data that has been deducted!!!!!!! , because GOSH I don’t have money to waste !!!
