Unacceptable customer care

You guys leave me no choice but to use this platform. I have been calling your call centre. If it's I'm not getting cut off during the call, then the call just never gets transfered to the technical team. I called in a couple of days, and a supposed ticket was created for me for a technician to call me back, THEY NEVER DID!!

I have been unable to access ny account on myMTN. every time I try and log in, I get an error pop up..

The other issue I have is, one of the numbers in my account, has been barred from making calls. I called in and was given the code to deactivate the barring, in never worked, visited the branch, got given the very same code, which didn't work, they said a technician will call me, they never did!!

Seems like I cannot get anything through with MTN these days, ever since the covid, nothing seems to be working there..
