Unacceptable Communication and assistance from MTN.

I have cancelled a contract in store and have been waiting since 3 July 2021 for the contract to be cancelled. No one is able to give me feedback. This is very poor management from MTN. I have since called 135 and was told to call back in an hour as i cannot be transferred to the relevant persons. What is going on with with MTN.
