Unacceptable: Charged After Service Was Cancelled

Very disappointed with MTN’s service. I cancelled my MTN account in 2025, yet I am still being charged every month. Despite trying to resolve the issue, the account was even handed over to attorneys.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not be billed for a service that was properly cancelled.
