Unacceptable Billing

MTN Billed me an amount of R8218.93 for the month of Aug 2015. My average monthly bill is seldom more than R1200.00 . I took it up with MTN on26th August after they debit my cheque account with that amount of money. They promised to take 3 working days. When I phoned them again on friday 28 Aug 2015 they still could not tell me the reason why. They informed me that the query with my reference number was sent to the wrong department. That day they forward to the right department ( the validation department ) and it is going to take another 7 working days . Phoned them again to-day ( Monday 31 Aug 2015 and was informed that it is going to take no less than 48hrs. These people are playing with other peoples lives. I am still loosing data with no acceptable reason. Disconnect my data on a regular basis just to find out that I used 20 GB in less than 3 weeks. (this current month. My billing is until the 11th of each month. It is just very strange that Aug 2015 IS THE MONTH THAT ALMOST EVERY MTN CUSTOMER ARE HAVING A BILLING PROBLEM. MTN - is ripping us off.
