Unacceptable behaviour at Mtn the glen

I, Dr alain , was very dissapointed with ms. Philisiwe Moloi attitude and the easiness to lie to her manager. I brought my younger brother yesterday for a sim swap around 4 pm. She did the swap with a wrong number instead of a 1 she put a 7. (Normal number ********** 608 she used this one ********** 608).I wanted to explain or better teach her that 1 can be written also the way my brother did.She became very sceptical. Thinking I was undermining her. Her work mate ntombi was able to differentiate the number 7 from 1. I called ntombi to come and read saying they might be clever people here because she did not want to admit her mistake. She insulted herself stupid and ran to her manager to say i insulted her and refused to help us for her mistake living us standing on till so if i did not talk to the manager who unfortunately also did not know that. Took her side saying for him it is a 7. So I did not like her telling his manager in the back room that I insulted her and the fact that she left me standing with no hope to be helped. Is that how a customer should be treated? I will attached a photo of the digits the way they were written.
