UNACCEPTABLE BAD SERVICE

I have been with MTN since the nineties. Same number and never any problems until now.<br> I needed to upgrade but since I am too busy to get to a shop I decided to upgrade online. Did so on the 16-02-2016. My contract was upgraded on 19-02-2016. Finally, after many calls and threats I received my new phone on the 25th of February. To my disappointment it came with the wrong sim card too big to fit in the phone. Being so busy I only managed to get to a MTN shop in Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit on the 5th of March. There I was told that they cannot change the sim card for the right one but that I have to do a sim swop and it will cost me R120. Seeing that it will be weeks before I can get to a shop again I agreed and took the new sim. They told me to leave the phone off until the service on my old phone stops. WELL THE PHONE IS STILL OFF ALMOST A MONTH LATER. The people at the MTN shop in Ilanga Mall have been very helpful and friendly but it seems the problem is with the network. HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR A SIMPLE SIM SWOP? Has it come to the point where I have to change my service provider. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BAD SERVICE. QUICK TO CHARGE, EXTREMELY SLOW TO DELIVER.
