UNACCEPTABLE
Two weeks ago ..my data package read \u have exceeded ur R2700 credit LIMIT "I ignored it as i knew i have a TOP UP .. ot according to MTN ..they debit my bank acc for R5800 almost and i am now sitting with returned debits charges for two months. My son who is in varsity is stressed to see his mum so stressed out and i am livid to know that MTN on strike and no one at H/O to assit me after waiting on line more than 1 half hours. I want my contract canceled as you didnt honour the agreementi signed for .finish and klaar """

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Your invoice for this May was R2799.24. It came back as an unpaid debit and you were charged R11.40 because of the returned debit. Then for this month it was R2819.23 which then totals to R5629.87.
Your Data account is not a Top Up. You have been paying different amounts since you have had the account. Some other months more than others. However for the past two must it was higher than normal. I will escalate to the billing department the last 2 invoices and they will check and validate the last two invoices.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
