UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
I wrote a review a week ago. MTN Hasn't contacted me I received an sms today from MTN telling me that the handset is physical damage and I will be quoted to pay R4198 for repairs. Firstly when I took the phone in it was faulty I couldn't use it I did no physical damage to the phone. I had the phone for just 6 months and that happened and now they telling me its physical damage and I'm expected to that amount to have it fixed and after almost 5 months they contact me now telling me this is whats up! This is just really unacceptable!!!!! and MTN just doesn't give a f###! as long as your damn contracts are paid every month. MTN is ****in bull****!!!!!
