Unacceptable
I phoned for the last two weeks requesting that a consultant call my husband at 4:45 in the afternoon for a new<br> contract, It seems they cant be bothered for a sale as they need to go home at 5pm, this is totally unacceptable and not customer service orientated. If you don't want us as your clients then we will gladly go somewhere else. I will no longer phone your direct sales department.
