Unable yo pay account

It's 2018 and your service hasn't improved, am having the same problem running back and forth trying to pay an account that's been handed to legal but no one has contacted me. I call mtn everyday and the only thing they can do is tell me they'll email legal and legal will get back to me but still nothing 3 weeks later.
