Unable to update personal details and upgrade of contract.

My father is struggling with MTN renewing his contract with them after a upgrade. He needed to get a new ID document during the period of the previous contract. They can not manage to change it on the system. His business is starting to suffer from this acts of them and it costing him unnecessary money and loss of income.
