Unable to supply a letter of good standing on my account after payment was made this morning

MTN is quick to list someone on ITC, but when one needs a letter to confirm the account is in good standing it takes 3-4 working days. This is really unacceptable. I am applying for a bond and was not even made aware of the overdue amount on my account until the bank told me about a default listing on my name.
