Unable to say why I must pay HVRC
Hey,<br> <br> I contacted MTN Repair center. After giving my IMEI number i was told that I need to pay an amount of R380 for a repair fee. But the device is still under warranty. When I asked why I need to pay this a mount the consultant told me that he can't give me an answer just that I have to pay the money to get my phone that was replaced. <br> <br> Can you please inform me why I need to pay this amount? How can I be sure the banking details that was given is correct?
