Unable to report *****

My identity was ****** in 2013 by a *******.

Luckily MTN picked this up and stopped the account.

Now in 2016, the account and non payment thereof is listed on my credit profile at Transunion, Experian, Compuscan and XDS \credit bureau\".

They requested that I receive, from MTN, a letter confirming the *****.

This is were the situation was highly frustrating.

It is impossible to contact MTN.

I have tried all numbers on their website, to no effect.

I have tried 083 173, 083 1 808,***,*** and ***.

I have tried dialing their switchboard, at great personal cost, to request to speak to the ***** department. To no avail, number dailed ***0.,

I only succeeded in listening to 45 minutes of a singer mangling the acronym MTN.

I have tried phoning their ***** hotline at ***.

The concerning issue is, after all these calls, I could not succeed in contacting ANY living person. I could not even listen to a voice prompt.

This is highly distressing, seeing that firstly a telecoms company is impossible to contact, secondly it is impossible to report *****.

Please assist urgently.

Regards

"
