Unable to receive calls

We are really fed up.My wife can't receive incoming calls still now.She was told i need to call as the phone is under contract however that is not true because i got the sms confirming contract cancellation . When you called you transferred to prepaid to contract,it seems no one knows what it the issues . We called numerous times but still she cant receive calls.Sort this mess out.here is her number : ***.
