unable to provide statements

<p>good day </p> <p>ive been with mtn for absa 3 years now and i was receiving my monlthy statement till 2016 feb of which i called their contact center many time ,i was given reference number ( ********** 49) and got a call which the consultant advised i will need to pay extra +-R80.i do cash/eft payments and am no longer getting statement or link to confirm my payment s and airtime </p>
