Unable to perform upgrade due to internal system & lack of stuff knowledge issues

Had a terrible experience with Mtn business and I am unable to do an upgrade due to internal system issues, and the customer care consultants keep on sending from pillar to post. One of the consultants even said it is what is, meaning I have to accept that they are unable to fix the issue. II know that Mtn customer service is terrible but I expected some level of professionalism....

It would help if Mtn can educate their stuff about various products at first i was upgraded to a fixed LTE as the consultant did not know what the fixed LTE is, and it has been a mission ever since to correct the issue. Depending who you speak you tend to get different responses/ resolution
