Unable to make outgoing calls
I have been having a problem with mtn from the 18 October 2019 and they are giving me the run around and they are delayed, I cannot make outgoing calls at all soon as I make an outgoing call it disconnects same time I am able to receive calls but not make calls and this is frustrating I can't even dial customer care or even emergency numbers.

23 Oct 2019, 20:53Hi I did test the sim card in another device it works.......I also tested another sim card in my device and it work's also so it can't be the device or the sim card that's faulty
