Unable to make contact with MTN Legal Department

I have been a client for 23 years and have never ever missed a payment in all these years. End March I became due for an upgrade. In April my phone was suddenly blocked and my account handed over to Legal Department ??? Calling them is impossible. Three times now I have been holding on for over an hour. The one time when someone did finally answer we spoke two words and got cut off. I thought "You've got me" MTN. Impossible to deal with this group !! I am facing a brick wall and nobody can help because it is with "Legal Department" who are impossible to make contact with.
