Unable to Make Calls or Change my Caller Identity
I have recently started experiencing the same problem I had when I first got my Top-Up contract with MTN. I am unable to make outgoing calls, which includes trying to call MTN 808 customer service number or even to access my Voicemail. The \Call Failed"comes up on my screen immediately when I try and make a call. This issue started on Friday"
