unable to make calls for over a week now

<p>second time this has happened since taking contract in nov, first time took a week to resolve.</p> <p> </p> <p>i reported this time last thursday (5th) and now again the 9th. still not working!!</p> <p> </p> <p>can receive calls and data works but cannot even call the mtn helpdesk!!</p>
