Unable to make calls and data disappeared

I am unable to make calls and all the 30GB data disappeared. I personally went to the Morningside MTN Outlet on Monday (04.10.21) with no luck to resolve it.

The logged query numbers are as per below;

1. 03.10.21 - Ref No.- REQ***

2. 05.10.2021 - Ref No.- SMC***

I think 8 days period is a long time.
