Unable to get unrestricted APN from MTN

What a shame MTN. why do you have to make it so hard to get an unrestricted apn. How am I suppose to use my data for online gaming if I have nat type 3. I have 2 mtn numbers that the staff are to *********** to understand what i need to activate and those that do understand don't get anything done. Over a year I've been trying to get an unrestricted APN. Please please can we sort this out
